The Address Book

Our family has known this area of Mallorca for over 50 years and across that time we've got to know its community and the people that live locally very well. Our address book is filled with our friends, those who provide the best local services ranging from massages and reflexology to catering, walking tours and yoga classes. The list below provides just a sample of our address book.

Lucy Baulch

Walking Guide/Chef

Lucy’s passion for walking began when she travelled the world working aboard private yachts; having now lived in Mallorca for 11 years she knows the island like the back of her hand and tailors and hosts walks and treks for all abilities. She’s friendly, personable and patient and enjoys long hikes across the stunning west coast, especially around Banyalbufar, Valledemossa, Deia and Soller, just as much as some of local walks in Alaro, with many people requesting the iconic Castell D’Alaro hike or the waterfall and cave walk in Orient. Many walks can be combined with a swim and/or lunch. Lucy is also a trained chef, specialising in bespoke cakes, and is happy to help with any catering. Email: lucybaulch502@gmail.com

Amanda Woolston

Reflexology Therapist

Having trained in Bodywork and Health and Fitness in London during the 1980´s Amanda moved to Mallorca in 1991, looking for a more holistic lifestyle after her son was born. She continued training in Palma, first in Thai yoga massage and then Cranial Sacral Therapy, Energy Healing (Reiki), Holistic Massage, Swedish Massage, Naturopathy, Reflexology and NLP - amongst other courses. She combines all that she has learnt to tailor individual treatments to suit each person and to create a space and environment in the body where healing can begin. She has many years experience working on different retreats and with private clients and will happily come to Can Bescuyt to treat you.

Coming from a background in Martial Art, she has studied with international teachers and now leads classes in Vinyasa Yoga and a blend of other styles.
